Traditional vertical bar wrought iron window guards in Glencoe

A customer in the historic suburb of Glencoe had reached out to us to create a custom wrought iron window guard for their home. The Village of Glencoe does not allow a typical window well cover that is flush with the ground, and requires a vertical one with a built in gate instead. We designed a beautiful Traditional style window guard for the customer with vertical bar elements to allow light through, and completed the piece by painting it with a beautiful satin black finish. The final installation fulfilled all the city requirements while adding a functional and beautiful security element to the customer’s home.
