Commercial ADA compliant galvanized wrought iron stairs in Glencoe

A client reached out to us to replace an existing exterior staircase from their deck. The original staircase was painted and at least 100 years old. For durability we recommended that the final staircase be hot dipped galvanized to save cost long term on paint maintenance. This property is mixed use and we had to work around the clock to ensure that the businesses were in no way impacted during the replacement of this staircase. We added additional guardrails on the inside of the staircase for hazardous safety concerns.
