French Country scroll wrought iron railings in Hyde Park

The owner of a beautiful home that was custom built over 100 years ago in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago had reached out to us to help him out with a unique problem. He had an old photo of what the outside railing used to look like and asked us to replicate the style for a new installation. It was a fun challenge for our team and the French Country style railing that we created for him out of wrought iron suited the property to a tee. We incorporated scroll elements into the piece and finished it with a painted green patina, to mimic the look of weathered iron, while ensuring that the piece would be durable and withstand the elements for many years to come.
